m999app Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and m999app ("m999app", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the m999app online casino and sports betting platform accessible at m999app.pro and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing registration, logging in to your m999app account, placing a wager, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the m999app platform, you confirm that:

m999app reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each eligible person may open and maintain one (1) account on m999app. The existence of multiple accounts — whether detected at registration, during KYC review, or at any subsequent point — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Suspension or permanent closure of all duplicate accounts;
• Forfeiture of any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts;
• Potential forfeiture of winnings generated through duplicate accounts, at m999app's sole discretion;
• A permanent ban from the platform in cases of deliberate duplicate account creation for the purpose of bonus abuse.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your m999app login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. m999app will never ask you to share your password under any circumstances. You agree to notify m999app support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

m999app accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your account to any third party. Accounts found to have been transferred or sold will be closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

All financial transactions on m999app are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). m999app supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. Supported payment methods may change from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are published in the platform's payment section.
• m999app is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account in your own name that has previously been used to fund your m999app account, unless expressly permitted otherwise by m999app's payment team.
• m999app reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing withdrawal requests in excess of 500,000 PKR.
• Active wagering requirements associated with any bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be initiated from a bonus-funded balance.
• m999app will use commercially reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving financial institution.
• m999app reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonus offers are denominated and settled in PKR.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be fulfilled within a specified timeframe before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, game categories, or bet types. Wagers placed on excluded games or at prohibited stake levels will not count toward wagering requirements.
• m999app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, wagering requirements for partially completed bonus cycles remain applicable.
• Suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on m999app, across all product verticals including live casino, jackpot slots, sports betting, cockfighting, and lottery:

• All bets are final once confirmed. m999app does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest errors: m999app reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were published in error — including typographical errors, system malfunctions, or human error — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the platform. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per event, and per player account. These limits are subject to change and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on m999app's servers, the server record shall be definitive.
• m999app reserves the right to suspend betting markets or void settled bets where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregularities that affect the integrity of the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m999app and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or glitches in any m999app game or system feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Using a stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment method to fund your account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the m999app platform;
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access, or interfering with the platform's security or technical infrastructure;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.

m999app reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions in response to a confirmed violation:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account;
• Forfeiture of the account balance, bonuses, and pending winnings;
• Reporting the player and relevant evidence to law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities in Pakistan;
• Civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any m999app content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any m999app software or content;
• Use m999app's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any context without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m999app's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your m999app account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m999app shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Technical interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by circumstances beyond m999app's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose products are accessible through the m999app platform.

m999app collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

m999app collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by m999app, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention obligations. Requests may be directed to the m999app support team.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason.

Termination by you: You may close your m999app account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Termination by m999app: m999app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, in which case m999app may apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to 500 PKR against the account balance after providing written notice.

m999app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, m999app will provide notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the m999app website, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the m999app platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
